POST:                                           Early Years Practitioner – Fixed Term until 19th July 2019

CONTRACT:                                 32.5 hours per week – 48 weeks per year

Grade:                                           Grade E Pt 15 - £17972 FTE (pro rata)

The Governors are looking to appoint a highly-motivated and committed Early Years Practitioner.


The post is full time Monday to Friday.                   

CLOSING DATE:   9th November 2018 @ 4pm

POST:                                           Special School Administrator – Fixed Term until 31st August 2019

CONTRACT:                                 27.5 hours per week – Term Time + 2 Weeks (tbc)

Grade:                                           Grade E Pt 13 - £17391 FTE (pro rata)

The Governors are looking to appoint a highly-motivated and committed School Administrator.


The post is full time Monday to Friday - 9.30 - 3.00 pm               

CLOSING DATE:   23rd November 2018 @ 4pm

INTERVIEW DATE:               w/c 3rd December - times tba

START DATE:                       ASAP  – Subject to DBS & Medical clearance

Volunteering

At Battledown we have several volunteers who help children to play and learn in class and at activities such as Riding, swimming and Forest School.

All volunteers receive basic training on how we work at Battledown and additional training that is specific to the children they work with. This is an opportunity for you to meet new people and share your skills with others.

If you think you would like to support children play and learn and are interested in:

  • Messy Play
  • Drop-in groups
  • Riding
  • Forest School
  • Swimming

If you think you have others skills to offer like:

  • Light gardening
  • Fundraising
  • Grant/bid writing
