My name is Sarah Bell and I am the Family Worker at Battledown.  I am a mum of two boys aged 16 and 9; my younger son attended Battledown when he was younger, which makes me an ex-parent as well!

Our Vision - Battledown Friends Group will enable parents and children at Battledown to be supported in leading happy and fulfilled lives at school and home.

INFOCUS

INformal, Friendly Opportunities, Caring, Understanding Support

INFOCUS is coordinated by our Family Worker, Sarah Bell.  It is an informal group for parents and carers to meet in the Parents’ Room, usually once or twice a term during a morning session.

Common Assessment Framework

The Common Assessment Framework (or CAF) is a new way of working with children and young people.

CADCAF

Cheltenham and District Carers and Families was set up in 1990. The group is run by a committee of directors whose role it is to support staff and members. We are a family support group for parents/carers caring for a special needs child/children. Our children may have physical, mental or multiple handicaps. Others have developmental delay.
